NOT ENOUGH STARS HERE I can’t thank the people at Mercedes-Benz of Lakeside enough, I started talks with Emrah who was a great communicator and sent me a video of the used car I was interested in. Emrah went on holiday buy the time I made my mind up, Kevin then took over, I cannot speak highly enough about him, every question was answered, and the car was presented to me in a way that made me feal very at ease. Charlie took care of the hand over and was incredible. Thank you all, I can’t recommend you highly enough.

Dee Patwal’s knowledge and understanding of my needs was excellent. He assisted with the purchase from start to finish. Even though there were complications with the purchase which he had no control over, he chose to take ownership of the situation and resolved it. I buy a Mercedes and that being a euro 6 when I change private number plate now is euro 5 ,and I visit store lakeside to give me a confirmation of euro 6 that tell me this Mercedes dealer is part of France department and can’t give me that certificate ,and I need to find a UK Mercedes dealer

Car in for service not ready when they said it would be. Then go to car and it’s not been washed. A measly apology 2 hours later when cars been washed to a basic jet wash level. Nothing else!

Appalling Service. Several weeks ago my perfectly working E-Class came in for a passenger airbag Recall, approx 6 weeks after the recall my car has now got a Passenger Airbag Fault, so i had to rebook the car in which was a headache as it took several attempts. After inspection i was told it wasn't to do with the recall. The recall was for passenger airbag replacement and its the passenger seat pad that needs replacing and it would cost in excess of £700. I Phoned Mercedes Benz HQ to ask for their advise on the matter and was advised to ask for paperwork the works carried out so i could forward the information to them to help ascertain what was going on, the dealership said they could not give me the information immediately and stated it would be emailed to me. To date i still have had no such email or evidence, that was over 2 weeks ago, i have since had several conversations from Mercedes Benz HQ who said someone will come back to me as it is a safety issue, to date i still have had no communication from Jardine motors or Mercedes HQ. So i called AGAIN today and was informed that they have resolved the issue and closed my case. What???? How? The case has now been reopened as from today With MBHQ as they thought it was resolved and now realise it hasn't..... Apparently someone from the upper management team will be in touch this time. Lets see?

Hi, rubbish attitude with customers, no service at all, I couldn't speak to anyone there. They didn't show us any cars and prices that we wanted. I'm just really disappointed with their work.
