    Recently ran into difficulties when my C Class Coupe went into limp mode. I'd owned the car from new but it was 3 and a half years old so outside it's warranty. The garage were able to provide a courtesy car at short notice. After running diagnostics they identified a whole system that needed replacing. I'm very grateful to the service department for liaising with Mercedes Warranty and to Mercedes who went above and beyond to ensure I was back on the road soon. Not sure what I would have done otherwise. Feeling very grateful to all involved - thank you!!!

    Where do I start Full of promises/Never happened We will do this do that /Never happened We will help best we can /Never happened We are sorry will sort it /Never happened All you get is Bull from this show room they Never ever ( in my experience) have they ever helped me with the problems with the car The 4th Mercedes I have bought from there Ipswich Branch They don't care they don't wont to know even though they are responsible for there actions How you can get the mileage wrong on a car on service then on MOT All at the same time is well burrr I carnt sell my car until they have righted there wrongs It's now taken them 10days now to rectify when they said it would take only 48hours So I have now been in touch with Trading standards they where a great help Hopefully they will read this an know I mean busines But they won't stop me from telling the Truth You as a company are a disgrace And should be embarrassed to call yourself one of the best What a joke On reply to your answer you said 2 days 10 days later Nothi no talking no phoning and certainly no contact with me

    I’m starting to think these main dealerships especially Ipswich just hate their customers unless they have an expensive car? I’ve noticed on the DVLA/GOV website my car has an outstanding recall - I got my car in February but not paper work to say it’s been done, I phone Ipswich and I’m given the classic “they’ll ring you back” have they phoned me back? No they won’t. And have they? No. They did the exact same to me when I tried to set up a service plan would just not let me set one up and never got back in touch. This time I’m pretty appalled when it’s a recall, which is pretty serious and I want to know the car is safe. But clearly, Mercedes unless you have a sportier car they don’t seem to care is my impression How am I meant to get my recall checked and done if a main dealer won’t acknowledge me!!! Colchester won’t even answer the phone, appalling customer service.
