    Had the best ever experience of buying a new car from this dealership. I was browsing the showroom with no intention to buy but was able to test drive that same afternoon. Was warned of a 7 month wait for a new EV but Chisala looked through available stock and I was able to drive away my new 23 plate EQA last Wednesday just 2 weeks later. Overall experience was excellent in terms of customer care. My only slight issue was that automation of documents was a little impersonal and rarely matched what had been agreed over the phone/email.

    Absolutely fantastic customer experience from Gary. I ended up in the dealership on a whim; the intention was to buy a Volvo, and since the Mercedes dealer was close to the Volvo dealer, I thought to pay a visit based on why not, what's to lose. Gary has been accommodating and open to walking me through the options and all the details. There was no point where I felt like I was talking with a salesperson who would want to make a sale at all costs. So, instead of a Volvo, a Mercedes it is, and delivered home by Gary. Many thanks for making this a smooth and enjoyable experience.

    One of the worst customer service experiences I have had in a long time! Booked an appointment for a test drive for a used car, I turned up and they told me the car wasn’t actually at the dealership so can’t test drive it. They explained that I should have been told it wasn’t there …but I was told it was there and why book me in an appointment if it isn’t! On top of that there was no handshake, offer of any drink and even on arrival I was made me wait for ages with different salesman walking past me and not even acknowledging me. Avoid at all costs as they will just waste your time.
