Mark in parts department needs to be re-trained or fired!!! He is very rude, unprofessional and unhelpful. Does not have the basic customer service skills. Unwilling to solve basic issues, speaks with a lot of attitude and doesn't have the basic knowledge required for his position. Have spoken to 4-5 other people who go to mercedes guildford regularly and all have the same perspective on Mark. He is not fit for the job. Needs SIGNIFICANT further training, or needs to be replaced.

Update 10/05/23: when buying the car I purchased Tracker service through dealership. Since then I had to cancel the subscription that was refunded to the dealership directly. I've been chasing them for 1.5 months to get a refund and keep on getting ignored. Submitted a complaint and was met with silence. I've given them multiple opportunities to respond and address communication issues but they do not bother unfortunately. Strongly advise to avoid. ------------------------ Disappointed with the service in the end. I’ve purchased a c63 earlier this year. Apart from minor hiccups where sales people didn’t talk to each other and I got a couple of urgent calls, the rest of the process went fine. Couple of months down the line I discover that my car was owned by hertz. Not something you expect on a performance vehicle. Dealership didn’t make me aware of this. Neither did my salesperson reply to my emails asking to confirm that approved used warranty is still valid given that the car was ex-rental. Seems like after sales service just doesn’t exist.

Took my Mercedes in for a recall (airbag) the airbag on drivers side never sat right after being replaced, took the car back, still wasnt sat right. Not overly happy with the whole process.

Worst experience when visiting over Easter, took a C43 for a test drive, were asked how we got on and other than Jack telling us a brand new car would only be a couple of thousand more than a 2 year old one (grossly untrue - it was like +£20K) that was it. He did not take any details or offer to keep an eye out for what we were looking for. Maybe the lack of interest and customer service was as it was a Bank Holiday and 20 minutes until they were closing. Whatever the reason they missed out as we ended up purchasing a brand new model from another Mercedes dealership whose customer service and attention to detail won them the sale.

The agent Karan Sahota was extremely helpful as my decision to buy the car was based on whether I could get a tow bar fitted for my caravan. MB would charge over £5000 to do this which is highway robbery, but he managed to find a 3rd party source for me. He was very flexible in closing the deal, along with his manager who had to get the OK from the Director at HQs, for a fantastic win win situation. When he says he follows up he doesn't BS and gets back to you really quick. One of the best customer service I experienced.
