Horrific service at this place, 4 weeks of hell and no customer service at all, the bad attitude of service manager was incredible even though a complaint at head office, they removed my negative review off Facebook and blocked me even though it was factual, they even threatened me in response to the reasonable review 🙄 then in came head office and booked me in at Birmingham Mercedes who were fantastic and diagnosed the fault and repaired it and saved my business trip in the car to France 🇫🇷 what a huge difference between the 2 places owned by separate companies, I have learned that Mercedes coventry should be avoided and it will be wise and worth the extra miles to use Birmingham, the service manager told me at Coventry, on the phone you did not buy it from here so it's your fault you will have to wait 8 weeks for diagnostic and 5 weeks for part if required, if you had it serviced here' we would look at in 24hrs but because you didn't tough, my car has an mot so I think they must have put wrong numberplate in? But it shows how petty they are, the part that I didn't need came from Mercedes UK and was delivered from Luton by courier as I was told the simple enr plug will not need programming but in the end I did not need it! I spoke to this garage before I started looking at 3rd party to get diagnostic done as could not wait 2 months and a member of staff suggested that Coventry car centre has diagnostic machines so I taken it there and they confirmed enr control unit so I ordered part because I couldn't wait 5 weeks through Coventry and it came, and it had code transferred but still didn't work, it took Mercedes Birmingham 3 minutes to repair corroded wire from control unit to level sensor! So the moral of the story is if Coventry had cared about it's customer that had important business trip in their 7 seater vianno to France at weekend they would have had a quick look like Birmingham Mercedes but this company only cares about your money not any kind of service

Second time visiting and lucky enough to have Miles help us both times. He was able to answer all our questions and was more than helpful finding and showing us cars we were interested in. We've decided that we will request Miles next time we return. Also the lady on reception (with what my wife tells me is a blonde bob) was extremely friendly and welcoming.
