Picked up for a service by very nice man, informed I needed 3 tyres and they would do a deal for 4 but I never recieved my 1 good tyre back i didnt even get offered it back.Valet was carried out but did not touch the boot which needed a good hoover. Communication OK and returned on time. But when you've spent £1450 for a service new tyres and windscreen wipers you expect the little things to be done.

After our car was written off we found ourselves needing to buy a new one, not really wanting to. Our previous car was bought from the same garage almost 4 years to the day. We had such a good service first time round we decided (after going to other garages) to return to Mercedes-Benz of Canterbury. We were not disappointed, Mark showed great knowledge and courtesy. He advised us of all the vehicle specifications and the service given. He was not too pushy, which usually puts us off. We felt we were able to make our own decisions with what we wanted to purchase, and what we didn't. It was very quick and easy. Absolutely no complaints, I just hope we can keep this car a little longer than the last one. Top marks for Mark Towers!!!! *****

Poor service from Mercedes! Been a customer for over 25 years. Disappointed with the issue over warranty cover on a used car, been a customer for over 25 years & always been 12 months but Canterbury disputed this stating it was only 3 months & we would need to prove this otherwise we would need to pay for the Nox Sensor that had been fitted. Such a shame the staff are not aware of this, might need to have a refresher going forward.
