    Purchased a used car from Listers Mercedes Boston and found the whole experience very good. We dealt with Richard and was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness throughout. We, unfortunately had to delay the collection and payment due to a holiday, which was no issue for him. Didn't feel pressured into taking extras/finance, and the options were all explained. It was nice to get a follow-up call around a week later just to make sure everything is OK and did we need any help with settings etc. Overall a good experience, which makes a pleasant change in the world of car dealerships!
