    I can not praise the team enough at Mercedes Bishops Stortford. The lady at the service desk was amazing and couldn’t of been friendlier. Ian from the service team went over and above to help me. I was in a very bad situation and the team pulled together to go out of their way to help me. To top it off I received a message to contact them ASAP!!! I received a refund that they sorted out for me without me knowing. What a fantastic bunch of lovely people!!!!

    Disappointment that I was unable to book a for a diagnostic check directly with the showroom I purchased from. First reception told me to call Mercedes Road Assistance - why I ask and I’m advised that what is recommended. Well, my car isn’t at a roadside, it’s in my drive…. Finally I am out through to the service team, whom tells me I need a serving appointment. Again, I explain that the engine light is on and would like to bring the car in. I’m advised if the car is unsafe to drive then I should call Roadside assistance - so, firstly at what point did I say I felt unsafe and secondly if you confirmed you take all bookings why fob me off to roadside assistance. I’m then advised if I want a courtesy car then it would be the end of May. Again, didn’t advise I wanted this just wanted to book an appointment. I’m then advised yes, I can have appointment, then advised it will be in 8 days time. Ok, so you’ve said that my car isn’t safe to drive as the engine light can go red but I need to wait a week to have a diagnostic check….🤷🏽‍♀️ makes no sense and a complete waste of my time. And yes, roadside assistance has a call waiting time of an hour… ridiculous and will not be upgrading my car as they want after hounding me to exchange my car. I would not buy from them and looking to move my servicing plan to another dealership.
