David went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and kept us informed at all stages. It’s evident how much he cares about giving customers the ‘Mercedes’ experience. We collected the car on Saturday and the car had been prepped to a stunning standard. In fact it looked like we had bought a brand new car from the factory! This was only possible due to David’s attention to detail and the expert work of the scratch repair technician who was just amazing. We’ve bought several used approved Mercedes in the past but we’ve never experienced the level of service provided by David at Beaconsfield.     My wife and I went to buy a C Class in March. We spoke to Ameeka who was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. Before I visited the show room, she recorded a video of the car, after she took both of us on a test drive, showed both of us all the features in the car, she answered all my questions and queries.     Took my 2007 C220 to this branch for a recall on the sunroof debonding. Was told there was no issues and handed the car back. On the way home a van pulled along side me and told me something had flown off my roof. Checked my belongings and it was nothing like phone or wallet etc. Just assumed it was a mistake on their behalf. A few weeks later when the weather had improved, I’ve gone to use my sunroof and it doesn’t work. Having tried to go back to Mercedes to tell them something is now wrong, I was made to wait nearly a month (because I needed a hire car), with Mercedes ringing me up the day before saying “there’s no way the test we did caused damage, we don’t even open the sunroof to test the bonding and we’ve done hundreds of these and never found 1” so if you want to carry on then it will be £150 an hour for the investigation. I said why would I waste all this time if the sunroof didn’t work before you had the car, on a vehicle that’s worth £500 and you’ve already decided it’s not your fault without even looking at it? Typical dealer attitude and no matter what they would have found, it would never had been their fault. So because of a recall I’ve now got a worse car and they just don’t care unless you’re willing to pay probably more than the cars worth.

Upon arriving to drop off my car i dealt with Ash Ghataaura who took care of everything. Ash was excellent!
