Recently bought a used approved vechile from here after having my car stolen, I went to a few different garages just to find alot of pushy not so helpful sales people, ifound this vechile online and unfortunately it was 135 miles away from me I called and spoke with Scott Mudge who got me a video of the car sent over he explained that there were a couple of tiny little marks on the wheels which would be refurbished, I decided to buy the car ,scott gave me a couple of calls throughout the week as the car was being prepared just to make me aware of the progress ,he arranged a courier to deliver the car for me which arrived exactly when he said and when the car arrived it was everything he had said in the video he sent ,Scott is a fantastic salesman in my opinion and the service from both himself and the garage is second to none, even though this garage is a long way from me it will be my first port of call when I change car Many Thanks Scott and mercedes

Total fiasco. Originally booked car in for recall work. At first had no response from garage so went via Mercedes head office before eventually being contacted. Booked car in only to find they could not complete all the work required because they never had the parts! Staff were rude and just shoved keys in my hand. On driving off to my horror I found they even left the car in gear! They gave my vehicle a check over and recommended I had work done to a cost of over £3k!! Needless to say I declined and booked car in for 2nd time the following week. They agreed to replace a missing brake sensor for free ( a 5 minute job). When I went to collect car later that day they wanted to charge me nearly £500 for replacing my rear brakes and drums.... I didn't even ask for the brakes to be changed and there was no way i was going to pay for something I knew nothing about. Needless to say they had to waive the fee and admitted an internal communications error.... If that wasn't bad enough I then discovered not only had they damaged my bumper but there was also oil over my light blue carpets.... They agreed it was their fault and said they would fix the bumper and supply new car mats as the oil could not be cleaned off. I also asked for a diagnostic test as since a software update (fuel emmision scandal) the car was running a little lumpy. So car booked in for 3rd time. Got car back 8 days later despite them saying they would only need it for a few days.... When I recieved my car back for the 3rd time the Vehicle Health Check showed my brake fluid tested red and that it requires urgent attention!!! Concidering they only gave me new brakes 2 weeks prior this is highly alarming! The brake fluid was fine on the health check 2 weeks earlier.... The diagnostics test was only ran 40 minutes prior to them delivering my car so the issue of lumpy running was never really looked into... They said it was a sensor but have never addressed if this is because of the software update.... I haven't even mentioned one of their staff forged my signature on a return insurence document..... I have made a formal complaint but have heard nothing yet about them addressing my brake fluid issue which I think is diabolical. UPDATE Just to update.... Had email today from their service manager who says what they did was correct and the case is closed.... Strange but to quote the service manager:..... "The brake fluid is only visually checked when the vehicle is in with us for anything other than a Service, when a vehicle has a Service as yours did on the next visit, it has a viscosity test as part of the service of which yours failed (red)." So, on my previous visit my rear brakes and disks were changed but strangley the brake oil was not checked! Does make you wonder doesn't it.... And then says it is only checked when the car is serviced. Well mine was serviced but it failed the service on brake fluid!! So why the hell wasn't it changed??? And they haven't even addressed the fact an employee there forged my signature. I have now escalated the complaint and copied in their CEO and await a reply.....

Recently purchased a used approved GLA from Mercedes -Benz of Ascot and highly recommend taking a look at the showroom. I would like to personally thank sales executive Peter Conn, he has exceptional experience at the dealership and he made the purchase as easy and enjoyable as possible. I booked my Mercedes for a service with Vertu Motors on 31st Mar and got my car back the following day. My original expected bill was almost 5 folds as additional work had to be done on the car. I requested a look at my car key and was told that the remote was faulty due to the battery. However the battery was replaced and the key still didn't work. Mercedes rep on the phone assured me the key was functional and it wasn't when I collected my car. Called the center to rebook my car to get the car key fixed and got no feedback. Left very disappointed with the customer service
