    Helping someone post a review as they do not have a Google account: “Not the same prestigious name we once knew. I will not be purchasing another MB again. Had so many problems with my brand new Mercedes A250e. Mercedes Me app is also not working as it should and was told by Leah from this branch that it’s a problem with the app and nothing they can do. We paid a lot of money for a vehicle that is already having SAFETY issues after 6 months and only has 2500 mileage on it. Took technician 3 times to fix it, but I can’t even trust the words since they said it was fixed the first time. Overall a horrible and stressful experience. Everyone involved was very unhelpful and unsympathetic despite the fact that it was MB inferior product being the issue.” - Hong Le

You trying calling the service department to get an update on your car and no one picks up the phone. It's a shame a reputed company like Mercedes treats their clients with such disdain.     DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CLOWNS! My poor mother was so desperate to change her car and approached these bunch of crooks, Jamar and his team! She was misled and pressured into buying a used 2022 GLB 200 for £41,200. After driving off with the car, she realised the tyre pump and boot cover were missing and documentation was incomplete. On purchase, She was told the mileage was 7,000 miles only to discover on the paper work and on the car, it says 10,000 miles. She tried reaching out to the show room, to no avail, no response to messages or calls. Just then she realised a brand new 2023 GLB 200 cost £42,000. Very upset at the turn of events, she went back to the show room to address these issues a few times only to be told no cooling off period applies to her and she could not change the car. Instead, the manager on duty offered to buy the car off her for £34,000. A car she has had in her possession for just 12 days (including 2 Bank holidays) all together. She traded her range rover in, as part of the sale process. The transfer process itself was becoming suspicious as they kept stalling and had not contacted Land Rover finance to pay them off or transfer ownership. My mum had to start chasing these clowns to encourage the transfer and had to make the additional finance payment for the month. Alot more has happened that we are now in the process of legal proceedings…. Do not be caught up in their web of lies, scams and schemes.
