    We arranged our service in early February for May and a courtesy car as it is a Motability car. With this in mind we thought we would be fine with hospital appointments. 2 days before the service I tried contacting service department to confirm the courtesy car. I left 3 messages to call me back but nothing. Same the next day until 5pm in the evening I got a call informing me there was no courtesy car available. I had to arrange taxis and cancel appointments. Your company should have notified us the moment you knew this would happen or arranged a pick up and drop off for the car. It just showed us that the level of service your company is willing to provide for your existing motability customer is so much lower from when we first leased the car from you.
