    Absolutely shocking service. I went into this service with a young friend who’s mother had recently passed away and the car used to belong to her mother. No help or guidance, terrible consideration for the circumstances that were in fact shared with the staff. Do NOT go here and we will be writing a complaint soon. Absolutely unacceptable!!

    The worst Mercedes centre in the UK! Their technicians who deal with Mercedes cars on a daily basis can NOT put a seat back together. Instead they brake it for you. Then you have to wait weeks for an appointment for them to fix what they broke. After attending at the appointment date and time given I had to wait another 2.5 hours for the car to go into the workshop, only to be told it will not be fixed on the spot as promised, instead it will take at least a day or two. Poor customer service, poor management, and zero respect for customer’s time. Service: General repairs & maintenance

    Terrible service, reception staff rude manager terrible very poor service! Drove car in now it won’t start, they don’t know what’s wrong! I am stunned! Left me stranded with my baby, refused to drop me home, started to cry and they then called me a taxi! Avoid!
