    Service good, however the quality of care not so good. 1.We went to the show room and the car still had its scotch guard not polished off properly. The sales man had to complete it. 2. Getting through to the the Derby branch took me on 2 occasion 15 mins to answer - not good enough. 3. Up Sales-no up sales regarding accessories were mentioned. 4. No mention of Mercedes Benz could offer competitive car insurance. I could mention a host of other things and how to improve - but I’m not on your payroll :)

    So all good although there is a distinct lack of car parkingage. The fluffing experience after walking through the door was second to none and as a bonus they cleaned the motor which is always handy as Gertie does not know one end of a bucket from the other.

    Easy booking process, and whilst car was being serviced used the customer waiting area to work, comfortable seats, power out let, free Wi-Fi and completely drinks , car was serviced to price quoted and cleaned and valeted , would recommend and will definitely take my car back again.
