Really disappointing if I'm honest, considering the overwhelming amount of positive reviews that the place has. We had the calamari and mixed meze to start, followed by the mixed grill as a main to share. Would avoid the calamari, £9.50 for 6 pieces of tough squid is a joke. The mixed grill was also disappointing - all the meat was tough and fatty, with the only nice one being the sausage. The chips were soggy and average at best. The one redeeming feature was the mixed meze, which was really nice and good value. We both felt that just having a selection of meze would be the better bet. Service was also very slow and underwhelming. They were quite busy but reading other reviews it sounds like something they should be used to. Overall I'm not sure if we just caught it on a bad night but I would struggle to go again, the food (with exception of the mixed meze) was poor and overpriced. Shame!

I was really excited to try Meraki but felt let down in the end. Whilst the tzatziki starter was really nice, my keftedes main was a little underwhelming. The meatballs were nice but the sauce had no flavour at all. Not something I expect when paying a lot of money. The service was okay, nothing special. What put me off the most was the outside sheltered seating smelt awful of cigarettes
