I haven’t been to the doctors since covid and was pleasantly surprised by the new appointment system. Instead of sitting on the phone for eternity, your call is logged then you hang up and wait for a receptionist to call back. After a three minute triage your case is referred to a doctor and an appointment arrives by text. Excellent system five stars. And by the way the staff and doctors are top notch.

After many years of giving them the benefit of the doubt I have finally moved to a different surgery. The one GP I was happy with (Dr Bailey) was getting harder to get an appointment with. Not happy with the other GPs as they treated me like I was crazy and didn’t know anything. But turns out I have a neurological condition and had they taken me seriously I might not be as disabled as I am now. I would avoid this surgery if you can.

I have always been very happy with the level of care shown by all Drs and members of staff at Meopham Medical Centre. I have been a patient for nearly 40 years and continue to count myself lucky that we have access to such a great community medical centre compared to horror stories I hear from other areas who are not so lucky. They have always been helpful and very empathetic towards prioritising children too. I hope the standard never drops! Well done to everyone at the surgery and more importantly THANK YOU!!

Can't remember the last time I actually got through via the phone. It's a Thursday evening (17:22) and waiting for another auto voice to put me in the queue. I'm queuing for a queue. It's been 20 mins and previously have waited nearly an hour only to hang up. Worst this place has ever been, even during covid it was better than this. Sort it out meopham medical.

i Can't believe this surgery still uses the telephone system where nobody can get through. Just open up the surgery from 7am to 7pm so as people can go in and book their appointments. Must be one of the worst services to get an appointment in England Covid is over the rest of the country are working as normal about time Doctors and Hospitals join the real world. We have all had enough.

Went for Our Covid Vaccination, the professionalism shown by all members of the staff was exceptional. We were greated at the entrance for check in and went straight through. The Vaccination was administered quickly and painlessly, We were then asked to wait for 15 minutes to make sure there were no side effects. We left by the rear exit. Very impressed.
