A wonderful little store crammed with delicious things - lots of local produce eg cheeses, chutneys - plus staples. 24/7 milk vending machine outside. Lovely helpful staff/owners.

It's a wonderful shop. They manage to stock all the basics you might need or run out of and lots of fun, interesting stuff to tempt you! It never ceases to amaze me how perfect their stock is - fresh bread, great cakes, good fruit and veg, vegetarian items, great cheeses, an amazing booze selection and lovely local trout to name a few. They even do orders from the butcher and Christmas hampers. Customer service is friendly and helpful too. What more could one want in a village shop!?

We called in to see the church and found it wasn't open so called in to the post office to get the key On saying we would get bread etc when we dropped key back the young lady seemed in hurry but didnt mention the shop closed at 1pm. If we had known we would have bought items there and then. Once again customer service is lacking wherever you go!
