I can't speak highly enough of Paul for his prompt and professional service and attention to detail. Having had a bad experience with a different company a few years ago dealing with Paul was like a breath of fresh air. The memorial is perfect. The waiting time was exactly as stated at the point of purchase and the price was exactly as stated. I had an unexpected after sales service requirement and Paul not only assisted but he refused to take payment for it!
