Had to wait 4 weeks and 6 weeks for a PHONE appointment; you don’t even get to see the doctors. Doctor made unnecessary comment that she should have kept to herself. The 1 physical nurse that I have been able to see was very nice. Not kept up with any info on what’s happening with you, so completely worries you. Just texts to say you need to have a blood test - Why? You need to do this.. why? Completely concerning and worrying place to be. Will be changing drs surgery.

You never get an appointment, I have been calling for weeks. I have also lived here for over 1.5 years and they don't even have my files from previous doctor yet. ATROCIOUS!

Appalling service! Fobbed off with call 111/go to walk in/a&e repeatedly. My 18 month son has seen a gp face to face 3 times since he's been born despite us ending up in a&e and having to receive emergency GP care more often than not Today son sent home with impetigo- the advice "go to the walk in" What's the actual point of this practice
