Took my 5 year old to minor injuries this morning she had a fall and hurt her foot. They was absolutely amazing with her even down to the man that was doing the X ray. I have been to walk in hospitals doctors with my little girl and never had a experience as good as I did today, was really quick and easy and didn’t let us leave until they double checked everything and kept her smiling the whole way through. I am still in shock now with how good they all was. Amazing thank you all.

Went to minor injuries unit today and had fantastic service. Was seen by Triage within 15 mins, sent straight to X-ray and was called in straight away, then got called by the doctor within another 15 mins (who was very friendly and thorough and who had already read the x rays). We was back indoors within 1.5 hours of arriving at the hospital. Was very impressed with the staff and treatment provided.

Minor injuries would you please give the patient a covering letter to take to Medway A/E as the patient is given a hard time at Medway . My husband come to you on Friday needing a professional to look at a wound . The nurse wasn’t happy with it and told husband to go to Medway. 😡 booked in and was asked by triage nurse where’s the letter from memorial. We hadn’t been given one . Then sent by triage nurse to another department run by private company supplying so called GP . The wait time was 8 hrs and as he’s 80 and not in good health is not exceptional. So all in all not a nice experience. So please if you refer to Medway think twice as it’s a hell hole

Since the running of the hospital changed the building maintenance is very poor and most of the services have left like Physiotherapy due to the very high increase in rents. What a shame
