Glenn and penny did a fantastic job for our wedding on Saturday, they really transformed the church and the venue, they made our day amazing and we had compliments about all the decor. So polite and have so much knowledge in what they do. They put up with my crazy order and my bridezilla attitude with all the stress I had which included messaging them early hours of the morning. It all worked our at the end but I would not use or recommend their service again. Be absolutely clear word by word and double and triple check everything with them. And don't expect your refundable deposit back. No guarantee they will be there to set up at the agreed time. They were still on the way 20 minutes before time they were agreed to finish the whole wedding decoration ;that made my wedding morning very stressful to chase them.

As a new business their plan is excellent, recognising where improvements can be made in room decoration for weddings having learnt from their own experiences. However they have significant improvements to make. Communication was good although sometimes difficult to pin down for meetings. At meeting they didn't show any examples of decoration to be used on the day. Table settings were lovely. Ceremony room was beautifully set. They acted professionally throughout and we wish them good luck with their business venture.

Absolutely brilliant. We requested decorations for a joint birthday party only 2 weeks prior. They were so quick to respond to my request. They walked me through everything step by step and allowed me to choose what I wanted for the parties. There was so much decoration and they transformed my home into something completely different. They were polite, so friendly and work very efficiently. I got a lot more than I expected and did not have to lift a finger for any of it. The price I paid was a great price for what we actually got in return. It was a beautiful set up. Thank you so much to Glenn and Penny for all your hard work and making it magical. I will definitely use your services for more parties.
