Tried to book a viewing and was told "the drive was too far" I wanted to outcompete other renters for a nice property and was refused the opportunity to view despite putting hours into trying to contact the lettings, anyone with good sales sense knows if somone is putting in effort they will likely pay more. Zero sales sense.

It is a good agency. Improvement needed for Melvyn Danes is You should make customers feel special while handing over the keys. Spending so much money to buy a house and you simply give the keys in an envelope and send customer back is really not good. You did not even bother to call and ask whether everything is OK? Where as I see other agencies very nice jn this matter. Thanks Anand

The worst estate agents in the area! Samantha is a compulsive liar! Adam is no better & has zero people skills, much like Samantha & the rest of the team at Melvyn Danes Shirely! They treated us so badly that we took them to the property Ombudsman & won compensate! If you actually want to sell your house DO NOT USE MELVYN DANES ESTATE AGENTS! P.S Do you read some of the 5 star reviews & think they sound strange?... Sam in particular LOVES to leave herself a 5 star review....

Many thanks to all at Melvyn Danes in Shirley for their excellent service and support during the sale of my mother’s home. Right from the start of the process they were on the ball with valuing, marketing, arranging and supporting viewings. John did a great job in every aspect. Following our acceptance of an offer, Sam kept us informed at all times, and did plenty of chasing on our behalf to ensure that despite some delays beyond our control the move went ahead and my mother has successfully moved. The service offered by all at Melvyn Danes has been superb. Thanks to all involved.
