Super impressed with every aspect of our experience with Melvin Head Carpets. The store room appears small but has as big a selection as any mainstream carpet company. The staff were friendly, helpful and not at all pushy. Someone even came out to measure the rooms we planned to buy for, taking away any worry that we might have measured wrong ourselves! Fitting was arranged quickly (despite a delay imposed by us due to decorating needs) and the fitters were also courteous and professional. They turned up at 8:30am and were done before 10am, fitting a lounge carpet and small bathroom vinyl. It was all seamless and quite simply beautiful. Best yet, their prices were amazing and much cheaper than many around. Would definitely recommend and would certainly return.
