So sad that I had to leave this review; after what seemed like a promising relationship with Tasos and his guys installing our En-Suite on time a year ago, we had noticed a small leak and flagged it immediately. Since we have an old house I had to rule out the chimney breasts and roof as the source. I have now found the source and it is from the waste from the bathroom, Tasos is completely unresponsive, after initially promising to fix it I've heard nothing despite multiple messages. We had also hired him to complete the front garden of our house back in October which was finished to a very poor standard. They promised to use similar bricks to the house and instead used red engineering bricks which they had to come and take down after I returned to see it from work. This led to multiple delays and further costs for the correct bricks. They then had to take the metal gate away as it didn't fit, but actually just grinded it off onto the new stonework which has left rust marks that I need to get professionally cleaned. I was sure we were going to be able to use Tasos for many more projects including an entire rear kitchen extension but now I will stay well clear. What a shame.

Awful awful service and as human beings as well. Repeated promises of coming to fix their poor work and now it's come to ignoring my phone calls. Violent tendencies, specifically from Tasos, making my elderly parents feel unsafe. Kosmas, you've disappointed me greatly. We had a gentleman's agreement on which I paid you the final amount based on trust, and you didn't come through for me. I thought you'd be better than that.
