Really enjoyed online yoga lessons with Mel at the start of the pandemic. Mel makes every effort to make you feel relaxed and part of the group. As a virtual beginner I felt very at ease and would love to live closer and be able to join the in person classes. My husband and I recently attended a Refresh, Refocus, Revitalise retreat and it did exactly that. The day was well thought out with a mixture of yoga and mediation in a really lovely setting.
