Excellent service from start to finish. I ordered a made to measure Indian dress from Mehak Alumrock road in Birmingham. It had a beautiful design. Customer service was amazing and my dress was delivered well in time for the occasion I was wearing it for. This shop has decent prices also which are very competitive and it offers good value for money. Overall 5*.

ordered an outfit from here but needed alterations, owner was nice and my number was given on the receipt. i've not had a call so came to ask about it thinking it may still need doing and was told multiple times it's been collected, BEFORE he even checked for it. then they started checking and still said it's been collected "she came in to get it" - SHE is an 11 year old girl who lives 2.5 hours away! called my fiance to check that him and his family definitely hadn't come to collect and they said no. we were obviously angry as we had ordered and paid for this dress to just be told it was given away, and also without the receipt as i had it. they checked again and found it, kept saying it was a mistake but didn't apologise at all and kept adding "but, but" because he refused to take accountability for his own actions, which is why i was angry. don't tell me you called me when you didn't. don't keep telling me it's been collected when it hasn't. you can keep telling people on their reviews you will leave it to Allah but YOU are the one being dishonest/unhelpful edit: bought* - i said ordered as we bought a dress for it to be altered, my wording may not be the best. and we ordered it 2 weeks ago, not a month ago. misunderstandings happen and i understand that but when you go our of your way to keep telling lies then that shows your character. i am happy to give good reviews where they are due but for a business to be so rude and keep telling us they have given our outfit away without even checking is extremely unprofessional

DO NOT SHOP FROM HERE!! I selected a lengeh from this shop for my Waleema and then also done for my baraat. The order was done 15th February 2022 and I was promised that my order will be ready latest first week of June. As the time come closer I rang to find out about the order ect and I was told it’s on its way, it’s getting made. Two weeks before the pick up date the guy rang me and goes “your Waleema lengha is getting made however the colour doesn’t loook right , after I’ve ordered in February he feels June is the time to tell me all this.. anyways I agreed to pick up the one at the store and had to return my bangles as well as my flower.. which I got in pink so had to change it to silver ect.. yet again I was told the price will get cut down ect.. so that Waleema outfit got sorted.. then 2 days before my fly out date I was called and he told me he has to speak to me.. when I arrived he mentioned how that order got late.. he has 4 and a half months ???? So he once again said ohh select from the shop which I had no choice but to take as I was less in time and he was not giving refund. Not only that but the owner is disrespectful and rude, his nice when his about to take the order but when you want to get the outfits on time his rude about it like his doing you a favour.. never shopping from here again.

I've been here twice in the last 2 months, once for my sisters outfit for my wedding and once for my hat for my wedding. Service is exceptional. The owner is so genuinely kind and friendly. Most the other shops around Alum Rock are just after your money and no service skills but the owner here genuinely cares about how his customers and will do his upmost best to look after you. They have gents and ladies asian attire and reasonable prices as well. Highly recommend and for future needs I know if I need anything I know where to go to save myself hassle from everywhere else. Keep up the great servi e and work!
