Very bad phone shop . No good customer service. My wife came to the shop, a member of staff told my wife that the rugs was on sale for £20, then when I turned to the shop to buy I was told it was £65. Member of staff lied to my wife caused a lot of inconvenience as I had to drag a small baby to the shop. A very unprofessional shop. Please look at the response by the owner. Accusing a customer of theft. Please go this shops completion for better service. Owner could have Clarified any misunderstanding without being so rude and unprofessional. This is the only shop in Medway where “Customer is not right”. The shop has no customer service skills. Stay Away.
