Whilst I wait for Meet and Greet to reply to my email complaint. Here's what your car looks like after 7 weeks upon the 'Greet' part of the service. Completely covered in sap, tree and Bird debris. Even the door handles. I had great trouble using the side mirrors due to the sap on the side windows obscuring the view. Clearly when the car was repositioned from under a tree to the car park ready for pick they believe this level of service is perfectly acceptable.

DON'T BE FOOLED BY THE TITLE, IT IS NOT A MEET AND GREET SERVICE. If you have used meet & greet at Heathrow you will be very disappointed. No one will be meeting and greeting, you park your car in the drop off area which if you have the misfortune to be the first car in row 24 it's at least a 10 minute walk dragging your luggage to get to the reception (not a good start to your holiday if it's raining), You then walk to the terminal. Upon return, you have to walk to the reception, collect your keys and then walk to where they have parked your car, my watch had auto detected I had gone for a walk & recorded nearly 2000 steps... Save yourself some money and a lot of walking, book the long stay parking, the alleged meet and greet is not a premium service even though they charge a premium for it.

DO NOT USE! Be aware that if you arrive back early, the Meet And Greet at Stansted Airport does NOT provide any refund. They just take your money and hide behind their T&Cs to hold onto your money!

Not so meet and greet when your car is parked 1/4 of a mile away on the other side of the carpark. Those travellers who are picking up their vehicles, the staff should drive them closer to the Meet and Greet office. The staff do know which of their customers are traveling back as they have all the information.
