Ordered a hot bowl and it came lukewarm. Also can't stand that this place doesn't let me remove toppings I don't like, such a terrible practice. You're the customer and you have to pay for something you don't even want, just asinine in 2023. Never coming back here again

The long queue speaks for its quality. Delicious desserts! They have a variety of cold (with shaved ice) and hot dessert options. The dessert base is sort of similar I guess, so the only thing you need to do is choose from its wide array of toppings (our favourite is the chewy taro ball and grass jelly). And don’t forget to mix the creamer in it! The dessert bowl usually comes with creamer on the side, and adding it will change the whole game. Absolute perfection!!

I won't talk about the desserts cause it's just different from what I like. They had white floors but they had black dirt patches mixed with hair. Last time they mopped was at the coronation of queen Elizabeth. Hair was stuck on the floor, it was disgusting, I was waiting for my friends to finish their dessert and I was a step away from puking. And I'm not that fussy, I can tolerate sticky-pee smelled British pubs but the floor at this place was tragic. If you gonna put white shiny floors you need to clean them every 2 hours considering the hundreds of people that go to this shop every day

Really cool setting and great costumer service. Their peanut butter and sesame mochi was absolutely delicious. Very flavourful bubble tea - taro and mango boba is a must try. There's also a decent variety of flavours and it's reasonably priced. Definitely one of my favourite bubble tea place in London!
