Rooms: The bed in our spacious room was so comfortable. Every detail had been thought of , plenty of storage space , a lovely en suite . Food & drinks: Pauline and Mike were such great hosts. The breakfast had the most amazing and delicious choices. My husband chose the full English, it looked delicious and he confirmed it was. The best sausages he had ever eaten, this was cooked by Pauline and Mike. I chose the continental breakfast, which I loved. Apart from these there was so many other delicious things to enjoy along with our cooked choices. Fresh fruit , cereals, toast etc. This really set us up for the wonderful days ahead . Noteworthy details: We had our own private entrance plus a patio area for us to sit and relax . There was a summer house for the guests to use plus china and wine glasses provided in case we fancied a takeaway in thr evenings. There was a fridge etc for the guests to use, in the utility room. Absolutely everything had been thought of for the guests to enjoy their perfect break

Rooms: All rooms also have access to a utility room, where there is a large fridge, microwave, kettle, crockery and cutlery for guests use. Walkability: The New Forest is all around so there are plenty of beautiful walks and places of interest on the doorstep.

I had the cheaper room with the separate bathroom, but it is only a few feet away. Having the room also opening to the garden gave me a nice wee table to sit at and a quiet way in. Breakfast was nicely cooked and Mike and Pauline were so helpful with tips on parking at Hurst spit. The little bit of aloe vera for my sunburn was kindly offered, too. Next time I'm in the area I'll definitely be staying here again.
