I had my bathroom done a couple of years back. I think they farmed the job out to a subcontractor, who did a botch job on it. Taps leaking, panels fitted poorly. I had to move heaven and earth to make them come back and finish it properly, and even then they left it in a state. Finished the final bits myself as it was just too much hassle to try and get them to take responsibility.
