Just had a rapid flow COVID test prior to travel. Excellent and friendly service from Magdalena and the team. Results on time and, as I was in the town, they even printed the certificate for me. I would certainly recommend and the price is also very competitive.

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE FOR COVID TESTING FOR TRAVEL. DO NOT USE IT. I WOULD GIVE IT 0 STARS IF I COULD. I had a supervised covid test at 11am this morning. I submitted my results + passport photo at 11.20am. They attest to send you your digital certificate within 2 hours. Over 3 hours later, I still had not received it. I have been on hold on the phone for 45 mins at ‘position 1 in the queue’, emailed numerous times and live chatted. They are now closed as they close at 3pm on a Saturday (despite this, their phone line is still keeping me on hold). I fly tomorrow morning very early so I now need to drive to Heathrow (40 miles away from my home) to get an express test tonight because Medwyn are completely incapable of fulfilling the one function I paid them for. I expect all of my travel expenses plus the cost of my extra test to be paid by Medwyn. Appalling. DO NOT EVER USE THIS SERVICE. In addition, the person supervising my test was late to the video call. Poor since the start.

Purchased Day 2 PCR test kits for both myself and the husband. We collected the kits before departure ready to take on arrival. We dropped them off today, January 1st just before 11am and we have just had our results through a few minutes before 6pm. So impressed with how quickly the tests were processed and on a bank holiday nontheless! We've used a few other providers and have had some nasty experiences. Seeing as we had to self-isolate until getting our results we were bracing to be stuck at home for a few days at least, alas we needn't have worried! Will be recommending Medwyn to everyone and will definitely use again in the future.

Booked a test for 18th November and my travel plans changed due to unforeseen circumstances. I cancelled before the 48 hour cut off period and am still waiting for my refund. Cannot get hold of them at all, don't reply to emails, managed to get someone on the chat function who asked how they could help but once I sent my message, they disconnected the chat. Would not book again purely for the fact that with things changing at such short notice, they can't even uphold their own policy. Paid £69 and was aware that a £20 admin fee would be kept back but still £49 down. Avoid unless your plans are set in stone and will not change at all!

Beware if relying on this for travel. Ordered a fit to fly test which came well in time with the courier they use, however posted off the test more than 48 hours ago with their royal mail service and their partner lab is still claiming has not arrived. Delays and issues can of course occur however when querying any service levels or timeframes they would operate to, I was simply told that they are not responsible or held accountable for any delays caused by royal mail and simply passed onto the terms and conditions document. I've used other suppliers with higher ratings recently which had the same issue with delays to their labs however unlike Medwyn they were quick to apologise and refund - I would avoid using this company if you are relying on this test for international travel as I am now having to cancel flights due to their delays.
