My two girls have only recently joined the club but first impressions are very positive. Great instructor to pupil ratio, the pool and changing areas are nice and clean, plus there is plenty of room to sit and watch their lessons. We were given a good choice in terms of available lesson times (which was very handy when trying to fit around all their other clubs) and plenty of advice on the various equipment required. Most importantly the girls love it and always look forward to their next lesson!

A swimming club where my 9 year old daughter was hit on the head by a 12 year old with a pair of googles so hard that she was still hurting the following day. This same twelve year old told my daughter she would stab her on the chest and kill her. This incident was reported to the coaches however, no statements from swimmers that witnessed the occurrence were taken nor a meeting took place between parents and swimmers. The safeguarding officer appears to be another parent who took an online course and became a safeguarding officer over night. The swimming pool is not suitable for swimmers who are competing due to its dimensions. Starting blocks were still inexistent after one year of swimming here despite the promises made by the coaches. The only positive thing was really my daughters improvement regarding her butterfly stroke. This happened when we first joined. The rest she learnt from me who know about swimming coaching and actually helped some of the swimmers of this club improve their swimming techniques FOR FREE.
