I have used Medway Computers many times, and have always found both Dave, and Lee to be very knowledgeable, and very friendly. Both always have a cheerful disposition and always chat with a smile on their face, even if at the end of a visit you do not spend any money. They will always help with advice and tell you the truth, and not a fancy sales pitch like some other places just to get you to spend money you don't need to.

Great lads at Medway Computers. Technically switched on and clearly up to date with all the latest tech. Friendly and straightforward about all the possible things that could be wrong! Told me all the options regarding the investigation of the fault on my laptop (wouldn't start!) and promised a prompt service. True to their word I had an email advising that they had identified the fault and I asked that they repair it. Picked it up with assurances that if there were any other problems to call and discuss. No problems at all with my laptop since the repair and the guys even suggested a few tweaks I should do to avoid any other problems. Definitely 10 out of 10 for great business attitude and performance. I'm definitely coming back to Medway Computers for anything else in the computer area that I need. Well done lads!
