5 star customer service. Bought an Astra from Tom, however on the drive home I had problems with the clutch. Tom gave me a courtesy car and got the car fixed quickly. But after getting the car back the problem was still there so Tom replaced the whole clutch system under warranty, again providing me with a courtesy car the entire time. Friendly and honest guy, great communication and felt like he cared about his customer! Would highly recommend.
