Fairly prompt & friendly service with an incredible level of knowledge on electronics, there is literally nothing that this man does not know BUT! a little incline to be DISHONEST! and leave out certain details and FULL DISCLOSURE! of what work has actually been carried......for example I bought a pair of vintage speakers from him and I was assured that they were restored to "factory spec" and fully refurbished but he left out certain details like the sound contour knob had been completely disconnected and entire crossover had been replaced with after market parts that were to be fair probably of a higher standard than the originals BUT! this was not fully disclosed to me so there is an issue with HONESTY! here which is a big thing to me...... 😏 I also had a vintage record player fully refurbished by him and I was very clear that I wanted a certain replacement cartridge & stylus fitted but he fitted the wrong type and did not disclose this to me and I only found out once I got it home and tried to play a record on it 😏😏😏 and I had a CCTV camera fitted by him that completely failed with 3 months so I had to replace the camera myself which caused a lot of inconvenience to myself, and finally I took a vintage microphone into him to have a very simple rewiring job done so that it was compatible with modern mixing consoles and I had to explain the wiring configuration at 3 times and he never did complete the job so in the end I gave up and I will never go back there again simply because you cannot trust him to do the specific task required and you cannot be sure he is being dishonest with you 😏😏😏😏
