    Today l have been excruciating pain, l dialled 111 and had three lovely thorough paramedics turned up. Leanne was the head one, l was examined, bp taken pulse taken, l was tight so they couldn’t get any blood. Asked loads of questions, they asked if l had had a blood test, no, have you had a urine test no. So off l went and done a urine test they took it to the drs and had words as l have had these pains for nearly a month. They even got the meds for me from the chemist to help us out. You have a brilliant team and they are better than our drs. They deserve a rise and more. They where Leanne and and Libby. Brilliant team lovely manners put us a rest. Well done girls 👏👏👏👏

    My family had to call 999 on Sunday the 18th August 2019, as I had a problem with my breathing. I suffer with copd, this being the first time it was bad enough to call 999. I would like to say a great big thank you to everyone who is involved with the ambulance service, from the quick response, to the care & expertise of the two paramedics Ellis & Pauline, these ladies were brilliant, their care their attitude & my treatment. We take these people for granted, without knowing the work & long hours they put in. So I would like to congratulate you all on your outstanding work. Well done!!! Thank you Mrs Kit Stanton.
