From the start, communication with Fernando has been prompt and professional. I gave my design to him which is an intricate and very detailed hamsa hand that consists of dot work, fine line and shading. He was able to give me his professional input with sizing and placement and did not rush this part of the process at all. Fernando is very passionate about his work and made sure that everything was perfect. The process of the tattoo took longer than we both anticipated, but this was down to him wanting to get every single detail precise. He was very reassuring throughout the process and catered to my needs. Was able to make me comfortable, adjust room temperature and has refreshments at hand. Always asked if I needed a break and was able to keep the conversation flowing when I needed to take my mind off the pain. Fernando gave clear instructions on aftercare too. I went to get my first big tattoo with Fernando and my experience with him cannot be faulted. The consultation process was very simple as I DM'd him on Instagram and explained the idea I had. Even over text, he understood my vision very well. He was quick when booking me in and sent me the design in good time. When I wanted to change a few details, Fernando adapted the design without any hesitation. He was also very accommodating and was happy to adjust the price of the tattoo to fit within my preferred budget. His studio on the high street was easy to find. The size of my tattoo was initially going to be medium but Fernando advised me to go bigger in order to capture the finer details. I trusted his artistic judgement, which worked in my favour as the size he recommended is perfect for its placement. As this was my first big tattoo, I was in a lot of pain towards the end but Fernando made sure I was as comfortable as possible, took lots of breaks and offered me words of encouragement. Overall, my experience getting a tattoo from Fernando was exceptional.
