Great fire, unfortunately let down by Thermal Rope disintegrating and coming away after only 3 and a half months. Not much in the way of customer support other than to be told this isn't covered in the guarantee and to get myself some rope glue, which I've had to do. I do understand the issue of wear and tear, but just over 3 months???? Cmon!
