I have been trying to order sensors to go with my insulin pump for 4 weeks now. Medtronic have twice denied receiving the telephone order. The second time was today, but they did manage to get another part of my order delivered before Christmas. I know the sensors are in short supply, but there is something badly wrong with the sales order processing system.
