Got me mobile again after I fell and hurt my back. I was told by NHS that it could be weeks before it was right. I had 3 osteo sessions and it was back to normal. Huge improvement after the first session. I went from intensely painful muscle spasms at the slightest wrong move, to being able to do most things without triggering the pain. It only took another two sessions to get back to full mobility with no pain!

I highly recommend the Michael Boyd of the Medstead practise . He has solved my neck and wrist issues which arose from spending too much time in front of a computer . My feet have suffered after long hikes and using mainly acupuncture he has relieved the pain that arose from a Morton’s Nuroma .
