Would not recommend it. Machine not working and they let me wait more than 30min without telling me anything. Impossibile to get hold of images/MRI taken; only given on USB but computers do not have USB portal anymore and Personnel is not trained to explain how to access images on your Mac. Personnel became quite arrogant when asked for support on to access my MRI images on my Mac. They do not upload images onto the system where all other private hospitals do hence private doctors/hospitals do not have access to images. All other hospitals do upload images on a shared platform. Waisted so much time and still have no access to MRI images!

I have used the Medneo MRI Centre in Great Portland Street as a patient and also professionally, My experience at Medneo MRI Centre was first class from the moment I walked through the door. The staff on reception were extremely helpful and courteous. The scheduling ran perfectly well regarding timings. The radiographers who performed the scan were very professional and efficient putting me at ease immediately. The whole process was a positive experience. I have since referred my patients to the Centre knowing they will receive the highest standard of care there. The images are a high quality and help greatly with patient management. Congratulations to Medneo for providing such a valued service.

This place doesn't even deserve one star. When I booked my MRI I explained specifically that I work in mental health and need to leave by 10am as I had patients I myself needed to see. They were adamant that my scan would start at 9am on the dot and not to worry. When I went to this clinic today for my MRI and reminded them I had to be on time they assured me it was absolutely fine. They were adamant they would be on time. I got there earlier than they requested to wait and do their forms and then, they kept me waiting and waiting and waiting and by 9.45 I had to go because I had to go to work. Getting and MRI can be stressful in the first instance, but to be surrounded by so called 'health professionals' that couldn't care less about the customer service, experience or time was unbelievable. I am disgusted at these people who are highly unproffesional, rude and they couldn't care less about their customers or their service. There are so many MRI places to go to, don't waste your money here with these people.

As much as I would like to say something nice about the place the experience was totally ruined by one of the technicians. As I have had MRI’s before on full spine and lower spine. I can only say reception so very pleasant and also the lady who was giving me my pre op run down. But the experience was destroyed by the woman who was running the MRI I felt so much pain it was unreal I have never had one hurt before. The clinician ought not be there to aim to damage people. The work was outsourced from the NHS the previous ones I had were great & there staff really responsive. I would not recommend them at all.

Nice and clean environment, with modern equipment. I encountered some issue with regards to a staff member during my visit. I was warned ahead of going into the scan room, that it will be a long one, approx. 2 hours, of 2 different body parts (thighs + thymus). I asked if I could go for the bathroom in between the 2 scan, and the lady assisting me gave me a very firm "NO", without any reasons. Going for a very quick toilet break, wouldn't have been a problem between scans, as they needed to readjust the cameras anyway, but keeping her firm "NO" answer in mind, I did not ask. I also asked if I could get the radiologist report following the scan, again my question was met with a firm "NO". The nurse said, they will only share it with my doctor, and if I want it, I have to get it from him. I have had many scans, and getting the report was never an issue, especially that this is a privately funded scan, so when I questioned it why, she told me "it is the LAW". I told her, that I don't think there is such a law. Then she told me "Well, it is our policy". Having said the above, the MRI centre contacted me following this review, to let me know that the wellbeing and comfort of patients is very important to them. They were very kind and reassuring during a phone call, and they told me that they are looking into why this happened, and hopefully it was an isolated incident, and others will have a much better experience. They also explained why they don't normally release radiologist reports straight away to the patients, following "best practice", which I know understand. They also told me they can be flexible on this. I found their way of following up on my review very professional and reassuring.
