Took my cat in as she had a red ear, they mis diagnosed her and my cats ear is completely fine without using any medication but I had to pay over £100+ for medication and they gave unneeded gabapentin for no reason so I pay extra. I am under the health care plan (pay monthly) and I had to pay for her just to get checked up. The trip to the vet costed more than double the amount of me getting the same medication from online. If you go please make sure to see what is given because they’ll definitely try and make money of you.

Been with medivet for about 2 years now and I am always very happy with the care. The team are very friendly and make an effort to create a relaxed and stress-free environment for your pet - Lucy is brilliant and so kind and caring with my dog today.

Really disappointed. Please don’t accept any pet plans because they just take your money and give flee and worms treatment. And when your pet really needs they can’t help. They just rip you off.
