Very good experience. My cat had trouble to pass urine and had blood in it when managed. We were not registered but we got an appointment immediately. The receptionist and the doctor were professional and nice. The doctor explained everything, examined my cat very well in a calm nice manner and even let me know about the prices to make the decision about the treatments easier. We got the medicine and they explained everything about that too. Today we had a revisit to check up on her and it was great again, very smooth and she was checked again properly. She has been finally microchiped too which was also less painful and less stressful that i expected due the doctor is really professional and calm. I had bad experiences before with vets in other practices and its nice to see a good place where my cat is treated properly, causing the least possible stress to her.

Disgusting. Took my dog on the Saturday morning because his heart beat was double time and the vet said I have no time to see him. My little boy passed away from heart failure.
