I recently moved to Medivet, Hatfield Road, St Albans, because the reviews were excellent. I have visited twice with my 18-year-old cat and they have done an amazing job, even managing to calm down the utterly nervous & vocal cat that she is. Thank you to your fantastic caring vet Nick, as well as Leanne, Taymar and Rachel. You have shown team-work and have gone far beyond than just being knowledgeable.

Genuinely caring practice - all the staff go above and beyond, ensuring the welfare of the animals comes first. I've been with them for a few years now, and they supported my last dog and I through his terminal cancer treatment and passing sensitively, and with care. Our latest rescue is big, bouncy and excitable - he is always treated with such warmth - and during a recent urgent visit, was given priority and looked after perfectly. I can't recommend them highly enough!

I recently took my pet to this vet clinic and unfortunately, I have to say that the experience was extremely disappointing. The staff failed to provide me with clear information and pricing for the services my pet received, making it difficult for me to understand what I was paying for. Furthermore, they were unwilling to provide me with copies of the records for my pet, which I needed to take to a new vet clinic. The lack of transparency and professionalism from the staff at this clinic makes me question their credibility and I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. Their delay in providing the records also put my pet's health at risk. Be aware of their unprofessional attitude before deciding to take your pet there.
