Been very loyal to medivet for over 3 years but very disappointed with the experienced over the past few weeks, after having a good experience previous we are proper let down, not knowing what the issue is and not giving the correct medication to actually make a difference in the pain my dog was suffering from, went with a gut feeling and got a second opinion and now because off that, I found out the issue my dog was having, he’s now in a comfortable state and recovering, and also prevented getting ripped off ! Made the call to medivet to cancel future appointment and told them why we was leaving, didn’t really seemed to fussed over it and no apologies for causing our dog and us more stress over the situation, again we seeked the second opinion from a different vets and within an hour we had our dog back to himself ! I hate being the person the be negative I just what some sort off acknowledgment knowing that this has caused us stress, I’ve had great experience and I don’t doubt the professionalism but in this industry there’s no room for error, just
