Had a very disappointing experience here last week. Brought our 2 bunnies in for their annual vaccine and ended up waiting for an hour in the waiting room before being called in to see the vet, only to be told that they did not have the vaccine we had come in for! Wouldn't have minded too much if they'd informed us on arrival or whilst waiting, but the long wait stressed out the bunnies even further after the car ride and being in their carrier for that amount of time, and there were also several large/loud dogs waiting at the same time. Further to this, the vet then tried to give us a free dewormer to make up for the long wait. Having owned the bunnies for almost 8 years we have never been advised to deworm them as they are indoor bunnies and have never had worms. I naturally asked questions and the vet told us the recommendation is every few months as a preventive measure, but upon Googling when at home, realised that this was not necessary (funnily enough from the Medivet pet care page on their website). Was then told to book an appointment for the following day and to call ahead in the afternoon to ensure the vaccine was in stock. We did this at reception, where the receptionist was just as confused as we were, trying to book us in for the morning when the vet had just told us the vaccine delivery comes in around 2pm. We ended up cancelling the appointment after reconsidering at home that this would not be good for the bunnies to experience the stress of the car and carrier 2 days in a row, and also after our experience did not really trust that they would actually have the vaccine delivered. Our suspicions were confirmed when we called to cancel the appointment and were only greeted by an automated message saying the practice was closed (this was a Friday) and were redirected to the Leamington branch who then cancelled the appointment for us. Overall very disappointed. Have been coming here when it was Damson House vets for years with the bunnies and never had any problems, but seems to have gone downhill since becoming Medivet. Did not feel well treated as pet owners and would not trust leaving our pets there if they needed more serious treatment. Have since switched to 608 Vets Solihull where we had a much better experience.

Shocking from start to finish. Significantly inflated prices for treatments and surgical procedures. Poor care - they did not know my dog was due in for an op, didn't know what the op was for, which vet had seen him in consultation or where the issue was. He was in the vest from 8am until 2pm with no surgery so 6 hours of unnecessary stress. Then sent home after 2 hours, almost unable to walk with no prescribed pain relief. Neglectful and poor customer service means we will find another vet from hereonin and would encourage you to do the same!
