    The appointment time ran over by 15-20 mins but nobody said they were running late until I queried my appointment time. The receptionist was friendly to me, but after taking a call from another customer made some comments in front of me/to me, which I ignored. I don’t find that very professional - However the vet was extremely lovely and helpful which was the reason I was there.
