So unreasonable, they ask me to transfer my pet to other branch which is far from reading. After that, they refuse to treat it, and the reason is that the pet is treated by others last time. Medivet helped me with my dogs AHC for Portugal. I am always happy and feel that the vet and the staff take their time to listen to me and take their time with my dog. never have I felt rushed when I visit even though we know they're very busy. Keep the amazing work you guys!!

All staff were lovely with my two kittens who were spayed and neutered. They clearly explained everything and made the whole process very easy for us. Communication over email and text is excellent and efficient. You can tell that all the staff love animals and your little buddy will be in safe in their hands.
