Really pleased with this vet practice. Michael is excellent - he is caring and honest which is hard to come by these days. I took my dog in to have some lumps removed and it was done quickly and efficiently, and even though it was risky due to his age, I had full trust in Michael and the team to look after my baby. The nurses called me to arrange a pickup time when it was done, then shortly after, they called and asked if I could actually come earlier as my dog was getting upset. This is much better than what Vets4Pets did, where they just left my dog in a cage and let him break a tooth because he was so distressed trying to get out of it. The nurses gave us really thorough aftercare too, which I have never experienced before. I am very grateful for them for giving us a bit of extra time with Buddy and would highly recommend. Just be aware they don't offer payment plans but if you have insurance then it's not a problem
